Secured Access Portal - Document Request

Steps -

Step 1 - Before you click here to request a document over the portal, please go through below steps which will explain you the process






Step 2 - To get the pass-code, refer an email sent to your registered email address. Email also lists the document names which you can access. Accordinlgy provide the user id, pass-code & document name in the above URL. Email will also help you to build the URL.






Step 3 - After submitting request, a pre-ssigned URL will be dislayed on the portal. Use it to access your requested document






Step 4 - Once your submit the pre-signed URL, you'll have access to the requested document






Step 5 - Due to strict security requirements, the URL will be active only for a specific time mentioned on the portal e.g. 120 sec. If you access the URL after this time, it will not provide a document, instead display the below error -






Step 6 - If you try to access the URL sent in an email for another iteration, it will provide an error. Due to strict security, the pass-code which was provided to you is valid for only one use, hence URL will not work again and provide below error -
